Anyone obtaining an “Agricultural Burn Permit” or a “Permit to Burn on a No-Burn Day” is subject to a fee. Per District Rule 3040 – Agricultural/Open Burn Fees, the current fee schedule is the following:

Prescription burn fees apply to anyone who is required to submit a Smoke Management Plan pursuant to Title 17, Subchapter 2, Smoke Management Guidelines for Agricultural and Prescription Burning of the California Code of Regulations. Per District Rule 3160 – Prescribed Burning Fee, the current fee rate is:
