The SJVAPCD is only accepting ag pump applications to replace Tier 1 or new diesel engines with either new electric motors or new Tier 3 or Tier 4 diesel engines. The SJVAPCD is no longer accepting ag pump applications with an existing Tier 0 (uncontrolled or non-certified) engine. Please sign-up on the SJVAPCD's list serve for future updates to the incentive programs.

* PG&E and SCE are no longer accepting applications for their AG-ICE and TOU-PA-ICE Programs. Applications for the SJVAPCD's Diesel to Electric Repower (utility incentive programs AG-ICE and TOU-PA-ICE) Component will not be eligible unless an application was submitted to PG&E and SCE prior to August 1, 2007. Please use the Diesel to Electric Repower (not for utility incentive programs) Component application if you have not already applied to the PG&E and SCE Programs
