Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on November 15, 2018, 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at 1990 East Gettysburg Ave., Fresno, California. At the hearing, the District’s Governing Board will consider the adoption of the Proposed 2018 PM2.5 Plan for the 1997, 2006, and 2012 Standards. This plan demonstrates attainment of the 1997, 2006, and 2012 PM2.5 standards as expeditiously as practicable and compliance with federal Clean Air Act requirements. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing in person or through video teleconferencing at the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District’s regional offices at 34946 Flyover Court, Bakersfield, California and at 4800 Enterprise Way, Modesto, California. The public hearing will also be presented live via webcast at www.valleyair.org/webcast. Written comments received by 5:00 PM on October 30, 2018 will be ensured consideration ahead of the November 15, 2018 Governing Board public hearing.
