Particulate Matter (PM) Sources

The District Governing Board adopted the 2012 PM2.5 Plan on December 20, 2012, which projected attainment of the 2006 PM2.5 standard by the 2019 deadline. The California Air Resources Board (CARB) approved the District’s 2012 PM2.5 Plan at a public hearing on January 24, 2013. The adopted plan is presented below.
