Certified Air Permitting Professionals

The following individuals have completed training and testing under the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District’s Certification of Air Permitting Professional (CAPP) program.  The CAPP program is designed to provide a pool of trained professionals who can verify and certify permit applications as being in compliance with applicable regulations.
