Request for Notification for Permitting Actions Subject to Public Notice for a Facility

To be notified when the District makes initial and final decision to issue or deny a proposed permit for a permitted facility, please fill out the online form below and click on the “SUBMIT” button.
With this request, you will be notified by your choice of either by email or U.S. mail of preliminary and final decisions to issue or deny a permit for a specific facility for projects subject to a District public noticing requirement. You may choose to receive a basic notice (a brief description of the proposed permitting action) or the full public notice package (all engineering and legal analyses for proposed permitting decisions). One form must be submitted for each facility of interest. This request will remain valid for a period of three years unless the District receives your request to no longer receive notices.
