Make Payments Simply.
The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District now accepts credit and debit card payments through GovPayNet. Payments can be made with a major credit, debit or pre-paid debit card, including:
Payments can be made for the following fees:
- Permits
- Ag Burn
- Mutual Settlements
- Authorities to Construct
- Public Records Requests
To make a payment you will need the following:
- A Facility ID# or NOV #
- An Invoice #, Case # or Project #
- The amount owed.
NOTE: A service charge made by GovPayNet applies to each transaction. The amount of this charge will be provided to the cardholder for acknowledgment and acceptance prior to completion of a transaction. This processing fee is tiered, with a minimum charge of $1.50. Each tier roughly averages 3.5% of the transaction amount but percentages within the tier will vary from this average.
GovPayNet is a private debit and credit card processing company and will be the Merchant of Record for all payments consumers make to the District through GovPayNet.
